"World's Best Job" candidates

For those of you unfamiliar with "WBJ", see this defunct Yahoo group. The basic philosophy was to buy a stock prior to the ex-dividend date and sell when the total return is 3%. I'm planning to use this as a precursor to a "Dividend Play" just before the ex-dividend date. I'll start by using a Portfolio123 screen to show me stocks that have:

1. Weekly options 
2. At least 4 weeks to go before an earnings report
3. Ex-dividend date between 15 and 30 days before going ex-dividend
4. Yield above 3%
5. 19 years of increased dividends

Then I'll monitor them with StockCharts.com, planning to buy on a price weakness, defined as RSI(2) under 20. For example, the current candidates:

This call will be exercised over the weekend. They did declare the dividend -- it will go ex-dividend on 2017-06-01 for $0.94. I'll check on Tuesday for writing another call.

JNJ -- New Dividend Play

JNJ is going ex-dividend for $0.84 on 2017-05-25. Normally, I like to see an aROI of 30% or better, but I liked the numbers on this one. If it gets exercised tomorrow night, I get to pocket $0.21 a share. Otherwise, I collect that $0.84 dividend and all of the intrinsic value on the call I'm selling. A risk I don't mind taking...

Used the Portfolio123 screener to create a list of upcoming dividend payers. The rules I used:

• showVar(@Yield, Yield)
• showVar(@ExDays, DaysToDivEx)
• (@ExDays > 1) * (@ExDays < 30) * (@Yield > 2.5)
• showVar(@Count,LoopSum("DivPS(CTR,TTM,#Regular,#ExDate,FALSE) > DivPS(CTR+1,TTM,#Regular,#ExDate,FALSE)", 19))
• @Count=19

Basically, stocks with ex-dividend days coming up within 2 to 30 days (today would be 1, so not interested) that pay at least a 2.5% annual yield and have increased the dividend per share for the last 19 years.  I ended up with:
